Growing a Healthier Australia
The Australian Fresh Produce Alliance brings together Australia’s leading fresh produce businesses as the first-choice voice for the fresh produce sector, working with government, retailers and the broader supply chain to develop practical solutions that improve access to fresh fruit and vegetables, strengthen sustainability and support a resilient Australian fresh produce sector.
AFPA members collectively represent around half of the Australian fresh produce industry by turnover value, operate more than 100 sites across the country, and work with more than 1,000 partner growers to supply fresh fruit and vegetables to Australian and international consumers.
AFPA’s work is focused on pragmatic, evidence-based policy and advocacy, identifying and elevating key industry issues, engaging constructively with stakeholders, and resolving whole-of-sector challenges to deliver practical outcomes for growers, suppliers, consumers, and the broader fresh produce supply chain.
